Cortni Saunders provides a well rounded and comprehensive training program. She is extremely knowledgeable and generously shares her wisdom. Mindful Motion is a small studio so the training was very intimate and personalized. Cortni Saunders had some guest presenters that enhanced the experience and training. I would recommend this training to anyone.

Timothy Bloodworth RYT500

My YTT with Mindful Motion was transformative. I felt challenged, encouraged and supported during the months of my training and know that the bonds created during that time spent together with my teachers and fellow students will remain. Teaching with thoughtfulness, compassion and integrity was valued and emphasized. The teachers themselves are women of integrity who lead by example. They are amazing!!! I feel the program gave me a broad base of knowledge that I will continue to work with as I grow as a teacher. They gave me confidence. I only recently finished and I miss it already! I highly recommend this program.
