WHAT IS PRIVATE THERAPY?
Private Yoga Therapy is a practice designed for each individual's current needs and goals. Focusing on individual health concerns such as slowing the aging process, healing physical postural concerns or simply teaching the student how to create their own personal practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In your first session, we will discuss any health concerns to be addressed and the goals for your practice.
First session time will be no less than 1.5hrs in length.
Each session consists of a physical practice, breath practice and a relaxation session. Each session will last from 1hr to 1.5hrs.
