Grace the doors of Mindful Motion Yoga Center where you will begin immediately to experience the connection of Yoga. The first breath in our yoga home will begin to bring serenity. Slowly we begin to breathe..... mindfully relaxing and letting go, opening the mind; then we move through a practice of asanas (postures) opening the body; lastly we progress into shavasana (relaxation) ... opening the heart with gratitude and solidifying our intent.
Now, with Open minds, Open bodies, and Open hearts we journey into the world outside to share the experience of balance.....
