The goal of a Hatha Yoga practice is simply to enhance a natural range of motion for functional movement. The class offers a Vinyasa style flow, using gentle movement into and out of postures. The practice begins and ends with breath practice to assist with stress reduction.
Restorative postures are designed to allow for passive stretching and maximum relaxation. Each posture is supported by props to allow the body to relax deeply. A Yoga Nidra meditation is included in each practice.
