WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a safe, natural, hands on healing technique designed for stress reduction and relaxation that aids in recovery and healing.
Reiki can be experienced alone or in conjunction with a Yoga Therapy session.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session begins lying on your back on a comfy massage table. Reiki begins at the head and slowly I will work my way down the front of the body placing my hands in specific positions on or above the body. Each person will experience something different, usually a sense of heat from my hands or even a feeling of electricity moving through the body. Then we move to the back body and continue through from the head to the feet.
